Expedited Shipping - pricing varies based on weight and shipping address and will be shown during checkout.
We ship to the 50 United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Returns
Coffee
At Altus, our goal is to provide our customers with impeccable service, delicious coffee, and the highest quality goods. We are commited to resolve problems as they arise.
If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at hello@altus.coffee within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied. We may ask you to provide pictures of the package or the product to help us identify the issues.
Merchandise (non-coffee items)
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you need to return or exchange a merchandise item (non-coffee), just send it back within 21 days of purchase. Email us at hello@altus.coffee with your order number, name, item, quantity, and reason, and we’ll take care of the rest. All returned merchandise should be unused and with all packaging contents. While we can’t refund shipping costs you may have paid, we’ll make sure the process is easy and hassle-free!
